Anna Torfadottir's work is based on the balance of man, nature and land; and on how man can unite with the land in thoughts, words and doings and perceive messages concerning weather, events and other things which are hidden to many. Anna’s work has been a meditation on the use of nature by man, his treatment of it, his protection and respect for to, his assimilation to it, its influence upon him, his devotedness to it and his love of it, when man and land unite and become one.

Anna has a BA in fine art printmaking and has worked and exhibited in Denmark, the US, Finland, Norway and Italy.
